ANSYS 13.0-Fluent software was used to solve the mathematical model to investigate the behaviour of air flow in a sharp ninety degree elbow. The actual turbulence measured in the airport was compared to three turbulence models to see the best approximation. The three models were the k-e realizable,k-e RNG and the Reynolds stress model.
