These data sets represent transcriptome sequences from three different Palaemonid prawn species:

  • Macrobrachium australiense
  • M. tolmerum
  • M. novaehollandiae

The data sets are 75 bp Illumina Sequence Reads and assembled DNA sequences.  Illumina Next Seq500 Sequencer at QUT's MGRF was used to generate the data.  Trimmomatic (Bolger et al., 2014) and Trinity (Haas et al., 2013) software were used to analyse the data.   WinRAR software is required to open the data files.
